Ever since posting links on Twitter to things I’ve written here the amount of comment/trackback spam I’m receiving has exploded. Luckily WordPress has great spam filtering.
The worst thing in the world is realizing too late that you made a huge mistake in choosing a particular path.
A simple bit of advice (and something that should have been obvious to me): Think hard before making a life-changing decision. Look at your current situation from as many viewpoints as possible before making any changes. Sometimes you’ll find that something you hadn’t even considered before is more important than the things you’re placing so much emphasis on now.
